Skye did an amazing job helping me find and purchase my house last August. Ann Arbor was a difficult market to find an affordable house that was a good fit for myself and my 3 kids. After identifying the neighborhood I was most interested in, I made offers on a number of houses but it was clear that I was competing with buyers that had the ability to put down a lot more cash in their offers. I was just about ready to give up. Skye went above and beyond by scouring the area for homeowners that had not listed but had a potential interest in selling. This then led to us identifying a house that worked out perfect for my family, in which we were able to negotiate a mutually agreeable price. Skye's insights, advise, and hard work made this happen and made the process go very smoothly. She was a pleasure to work with and my kids and I are very happy!

My husband and I purchased a property out of state which made clear communication even more important. Although my husband met her initially, I never met Skye until the inspection. She was so easy to work with over the phone and text message. She was almost always immediately available and if not then shortly thereafter. Being on the west coast, as a mother whose children would live there, I talked to her a lot! In spite of the time difference, I never felt frustrated. She was easy to discuss negotiating strategies with, giving her opinion of local customs yet willing to try a suggestion which she was successful at getting. She is very easy going in manner and fairly soft spoken which always helped keep my anxiety low. I really didn't worry about anything too much, except for the radon testing, but she assured me it would be mitigated (which it was). Our first offer on another location was a secondary offer to the owner so we missed that opportunity. As an empathetic mom, she helped us manage our disappointment. The good news is the property we purchased is so much better; location, more land, more house, full basement. I will use her again if needed and highly recommend her. If you want a sharp, knowledgeable, responsive agent with real heart, Skye is your professional!

As first time home buyers, Skye showed us how to look for a new home. She was very friendly and personable.
